2023 NEW VERSION NANO BUBBLE GENERATOR

■ 2023 Version characteristics

  • Development of low pressure device
Generation of nanobubbles and over 80% gas solubility at a pressure of 2~2.5kgf/cm^2

  • Removes over 99% of large bubbles
Removes more than 99% of macrobubbles and microbubbles

  • Large capacity development with a single vessel
Generates 50m^3/hr of nanobubble water in a single vessel

■ 2022 Version characteristics

  • Clogging resolution
Can be used in fish farms and wastewater treatment plants with high solids concentration

  • Simplification of parts
Consisting of 1 pump and 1 nanobubble generator
           Reduced maintenance points and costs

  • Large capacity
A flow rate of over 1,000㎥/day is possible by installing several nanobubble generators in parallel in one pump.

■ Product Results

When air is used in this device, the dissolved oxygen saturation rate increase to over 160%. When this device is used in the water at a water temperature of 28 ℃, dissolved oxygen can be maintained above 14mg/L with only air.
When oxygen is used in this device, the dissolved oxygen saturation rate increase to over 500%. When this device is used in the water at a water temperature of 28 ℃, dissolved oxygen can be maintained above 40mg/L. Dissolved oxygen exceeds 20mg/L even after 24 hours.
